Welcome to

the Waterford Experience

About + Services

Waterford Properties is unlike any office park in Oklahoma City. Its rich history, great location, top-of-the-line service and amenities make it in a class by itself . With more than 300,000 square foot of space, the Waterford is home to four Class A office buildings, a hotel, a fine-dining restaurant and a day spa. Found at the corner of 63rd and Pennsylvania, the Waterford was developed on the land which was once home to the Oklahoma Baptist Home for Children. The prestigious Waterford Renissance Hotel is located onsite as well as condos which fit right into the upscale residential area surrounding the complex. When the condos first opened, more than $17 million in property was purchased within four hours. Since then, it has blossomed into home for professional firms offering financial planning, legal and medical services to residents of Oklahoma City. Just as anchor tenants like Stillwater National Bank and Cox have found, the Waterford is the perfect environment for corporate headquarters, offering the special touches that businesses want to let their customers know their commitment to class and quality. For more information on events at the complex or available office space, contact the onsite property manager, Brit Holland at 405-843-4900.
